We work under your brand or openly in your team. You lead the client relationship; we take on the agreed area of work. Client contact is always coordinated with you.

What else would you like to know?

Can I start with a single service?

Yes. A website, a film or a brand refresh can be a standalone project. We clarify how it needs to work with your existing materials and processes.

What does the initial assessment cost?

The first conversation and assessment are free and without obligation. We price the project once its goal and scope are clear.

What should I prepare before we speak?

A brief description of your project is enough to start. Your current website, examples and a target date are helpful. We work through missing content and technical questions together.

How do we work together remotely?

We work with clients locally, across Europe and on selected international projects, in German, English and Spanish. We are based in Palma de Mallorca. Meetings and reviews can take place remotely; we arrange on-site visits and meetings across time zones to suit each project.

Do you also work with agencies?

Yes, under your brand or openly as part of your team. The client relationship stays with you. Find out more about roles, confidentiality and handover on our page about white-label partnerships for agencies.

Do I have to use newways.suite?

No. We choose the tools according to your needs. The Suite is a separate software offering. You will find its features and current terms on the product page.

Do you develop mobile apps for iOS and Android?

Yes. We support mobile apps from concept and UX/UI design through development to testing and release. Platforms, integrations, operation and ongoing maintenance are agreed within the project scope. BeachPass for iPhone and iPad is an example of our own development.

What happens after the project?

We agree on maintenance, support and further development according to your needs. The proposal sets out the handover and any ongoing services included.
