Consulting since 2002

Four fields.
One system.

On the home page technology, process and brand are three chapters. In a project they are one question. This page sets out what actually happens in each field — and how you will know it worked.

Four fields, one point of contact

What actually happens
in each field.

Four fields, one point of contact, one method: an honest assessment first, then a pilot with a measurable result, then scaling. No rollout on a hunch.

01

Technology & AI

What you can automate — and what you had better not.

  • Assessing AI readiness: data, workflows, decision paths
  • Selecting use cases and ranking them by effort and benefit
  • Bringing assistants and automation into daily operation
  • Saying so plainly when something is not worth doing

Assessed use cases instead of a platform decision on a hunch.

02

Process design

First the method, then the tool.

  • Mapping and stripping back workflows
  • Clarifying roles, responsibilities and decision paths
  • Handovers between marketing, sales and IT
  • Defining metrics that can carry a decision

A workflow you can describe — the precondition for any automation.

03

Brand & marketing

Efficiency without conviction is merely cheaper.

  • Positioning and brand architecture
  • Brand core, stance and tone of voice
  • Presence, content and campaign logic
  • Brand inside product, interface and service touchpoints

Two scales — a corporate portfolio and a business with eight people. The same questions behind both.

04

Sales consulting

A brand that does not hold up in a sales conversation is decoration.

  • Sales structure and sales process
  • Lead qualification and marketing → sales handover
  • CRM use, quoting and follow-up routines
  • Sales arguments derived from the brand

A path on which no enquiry gets left lying around.

Brand work in detail

Six building blocks,
useful in this order.

Brand work is not a budget line for later. It is the decision to behave consistently for years — and the reason automation does not end up sounding like someone else.

  1. 01

    Positioning

What you are, what you are not, and what people pay you for. In sentences that survive a sales conversation.

  2. 02

    Brand core & tone

Values, stance, language. Documented well enough that someone else can apply them.

  3. 03

    Identity & design

Logo, colour, typography, imagery — as a system, not a folder of files.

  4. 04

    Content & campaigns

What gets sent, what it is for, and how you will know whether it worked.

  5. 05

    Brand in sales

Argumentation, proposal documents, follow-up routines. Otherwise the brand stays decoration.

  6. 06

    Brand and AI

Assistants and automation that still sound like you. Tone of voice is part of the product.

Offer · Web design

A site that shows your brand —
and brings enquiries.

Your presence should show what your business can do: a clear message, your own imagery, substance in the text. Plus the technology that now decides whether anyone finds you at all — loading time, Google profile, clean structure and content that AI answer engines can quote.

  • Brand & message
  • Copy & structure
  • Speed & technology
  • Google & AI search

The first step

Ask first.
Book a call later.

The assistant knows how we work, our four fields of practice and the usual places things go wrong — in AI projects as much as in brand, sales and internal structure. It answers in plain language. What it does not know, it says.

No sign-up, no email address, no sales call. Answers are an initial assessment, not binding advice.

Consulting assistant · newways.consulting

Hello. I answer questions on AI, processes, brand and sales — honestly and without a sales pitch. What are you working on?

Frequent questions

What does the initial review cost?

Nothing. The first conversation and the assessment are free and without obligation. A price only comes up once the scope and goal of a project are clear.

How do I know whether our processes are ready for AI?

Three things: the workflow can be described, the relevant data sits in one place, and someone is authorised to decide on the outcome. If one is missing, the process work comes first.

How long does a pilot take?

One use case, six to eight weeks, one measurable result. No rollout on a hunch.

Do you work with clients in Germany?

Yes. The office is in Palma de Mallorca; the work takes place in Germany, Spain and across Europe — same time zone, German as the project language, Spanish and English as working languages.

Do you only advise on AI?

No. The sweet spot is the intersection of technology and AI, process design, and brand, marketing and sales. Taken separately, the three rarely solve a problem.

What makes newways.consulting different from an agency?

One point of contact with more than 20 years of agency and industry experience, behind him a curated network of specialists rather than an agency façade.
